Rupnagar administration releases beds’ occupancy position in governEnment and private hospitals

In view of the growing impact of Corona virus, Rupnagar district administration has decided inform the public the beds’ occupancy position in Government and Private hospitals on daily basis.

Disclosing this Mrs. Sonali Giri, Deputy Commissioner, Rupnagar in a press communique informed that as on date in Civil Hospital Rupnagar ,out of the total 55 designated beds for admission of Corona patients 34 beds have been filled while 21 beds are vacant. Similarly at Sub Divisional Hospital Nangal 19 out of 35 beds have been filled while 16 beds are vacant. Similarly BBMB Hospital Nangal has 64 out of 65 beds vacant while at Sangha Hospital Ropar all10 beds are filled . Out of 15 beds in Parmar Hospital Ropar, 14 beds are full and 1 bed is vacant .Similarly 11 out of 15 beds of Baljinder Hospital Ropar are full and 4 beds are vacant. Mrs. Sonali Giri informed that 3 out of 8 beds in Gurdev Hospital Nurpur Bedi are full while 5 beds are vacant and at Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Hospital ,Sri Anandpur Sahib, two beds in are currently vacant for the admission of corona patients.
