The development and hosting of the official website of the district Rupnagar is a significant step towards revolution of information technology in the district. The website contains useful information about the Historical Background, Places of Tourist Interest, Major Towns & Cities, Important Festivals/Melas, District Statistics etc. A number of public utility forms & information useful to the citizen has been provided.

I congratulate District Unit of NIC for the pioneering efforts in designing and developing this site. I wish them success in all their present & future assignments.
